Vegetarian Recipes Tested From Kara's Kitchen


Tofu Salmon Croquettes
Tofu Salmon CroquettesThese Delicious Croquettes Are Light And Great
As A Side Dish!! 


1 lb. tofu (crumble in bowl)
1⁄2 onion diced finely 
1⁄4 c. nutritional yeast flakes, or add until yellow 
3 T. rolled oats
2 T. bread flour
1⁄4 t. cayenne pepper (ground) 
1/3 t. sea salt or to taste
Mix all ingredients
Shape into balls and roll in flour 
(May be made into patties as well)


Bake or fry until golden brown.

Serves 6 Side Dish
Prep. Time: 10 min.
Cook Time: 20
